Weightloss Made Easy.

Herbalife makes weightloss easy.  Easy!! well nothing is easier, provided one has reached the point where one is ready both mentally and physically to lose weight.

I believe that is one of the keys to losing weight.  You can be ready mentally,   but still be comfortable physically. On the other hand you can be disatisfied with your physical appearance but not mentallly ready to commit to doing the few simple things it takes to lose weight.

Herbalife products are used not only for good health but to gain weight and lose weight.  It just depends on the formula you use.  As with mathematics, if you get the formula wrong you get a different result.

To lose weight the formula is 3-2-1.  meaning one takes tablets 3 times a day, replace 2 meals with the "Shake" and eat one meal of your choice, Just cut back.

To maintain weight and good health, the formula if 3-1-2………..tablets 3 times a day , a "Shake" in place of 1 meal and 2 meals of ones own choice.

To Gain Weight the formula is 3-3-3 .  Tables 3 times a day, 3 meals followed by 3 Shakes. 

It is as simple as that.  But what is easy to do is also easy not to do.  I learned that as I lost 16Kgs in 17 weeks.  I learned that had I not changed my formula over weekends I would have lost the weight quicker.

Herbalife Formula 1 Protein Drink Mix comes in a number of different delicious flavours.  Two Tablespoons mixed  fruit juice, low fat milk, or yogurt.   It a "shake" type meal that supplies everything the body needs on a daily basis in perfect balance.  Formula 2 is a tablet, rich in fibre and other vitamins and minerals that helps to cleans and regulate the body, and Thermajetics beverage is an energy drink that helps to put the body in the right energy balance in favour of fat burning.

Let’s start at the beginning, that we get your name, from where you are and where you’re living, and then what your background is.

JH:

Ok, my name is Jill Haefner and right now I am in limbo!
I’ve been living in South Africa for the past 17 years, after almost 30 years in the United States… and we have just decided to relocate back to Florida. So we’re very excited about that and I’m stuck here and my husband is doing the move; so that will keep him busy.

I have a background in Retail Management. I worked for one of the large fabric companies here in the US for a number of years and I’ve been working in Network Marketing - Herbalife to be exact - since 1994 -, and it was through that business that I came to the Internet.

I got tired of working offline and I was looking  for a solution… and at an online meeting I met Yorgo and he invited me to come and see what he was doing - that was back in 2000 I believe, so I’ve been with him that long, and it’s just been the most amazing   journey.

Before meeting him, I had gone from program to program trying to find an answer on how to  work on the Internet, how to market etc etc… and like everyone else, I lost my shirt, I didn’t learn anything…

It wasn’t until I met Yorgo… and there was Bianca and Zo and a number of others… and I realized what an incredible group I had joined… because these are people who had talents that I didn’t have and were prepared to share those talents with me. And as time went on, this has grown into something huge, and it will only continue to grow from here. I cannot believe how much I have learned in that time.

I remember, 6 months into the business, Yorgo saying: "You know, you people are above average when it comes to online  marketing"… and I didn’t understand it. But looking back and looking at the new people who’ve joined, it’s amazing what someone like Edi has learned in a year just being with this group. It’s just fantastic!

As far as my Passion… Well! My Passion has become the Internet… and, finally, last year, I decided that I was going to get an online business and that would be HOSTING. I still work Herbalife of the side - so everything is geared towards those two things. Wayne will continue the Herbalife when he gets over here..

My frustration at the moment, as some of you know, is  that I’m over here babysitting and looking after this house etc… so the TIME I have to work on the Internet is  very very little and… because of that, I am trying to keep up with everything and still do… So I am behind with everything… It’s like I take 2 steps forward and 1 back type deal, but if nothing else, as an  Ex International Golfer I have learned what PERSISTENCE is… and just stickability and practice… and there is no doubt in my mind that I will get there, just it might not be as quick as I would like.

Jill, this was absolutely great and I think you are there already, because we are all there and we are just expanding all the time and I mean… if you look at it from the positive side, you sit in the sunshine and your husband is joining you soon, you are a very very happy and proud grand-mother, you can work a business that you are passionate about right from home - I mean, I’m sure you have your feet in the pool right there where you’re sitting now and the sun on the head! I’ve been in Florida for a while… a while back… it’s just a wonderful climate, so I think you are very blessed in what you’re doing.

And you know, we all have our own Timing, and Life is part of Life right! This is also one of the beauties of working on the Internet, that you can just squeeze or fit it in as it suits your Life right now.
